ARENSBAK Effervescent

ARENSBAK Effervescent is the vinous Non Alcoholic choice. A fermented drink based on our carefully sourced green tea (kombucha). It has a fine structure and balanced acidity. The effervescent has a fine structure and a balanced acidity. The herbaceous scent and aromas derives from gooseberry, peach and lemon grass. It has an invigorating juiciness, balanced with oak which provides a dry mouthfeel and long aftertaste.  

It goes to as an aperitif companioned by oysters au naturel, cod ceviche with lime, cilantro and chili. Also, you can enjoy it with a starter of scallops with green peas and brown butter.

ARENSBAK Effervescent is served chilled in a wine glass at 8-10 degrees.
